999bet Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using the 999bet website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms apply to all players who use 999bet for any purpose, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, bingo, deposits, withdrawals and any promotional activities. Use of the platform in any form constitutes acceptance. If you are accessing 999bet on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use 999bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999bet is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of 999bet or any of its affiliated companies.

999bet may request age verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed. Winnings generated by underage players will be voided and any deposits returned.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 999bet. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed, any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided, and winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. The name on your 999bet account must match the name on the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payments are not accepted.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 999bet strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify 999bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999bet is not responsible for any losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials or failing to keep them secure. Account access and activity originating from your credentials will be treated as your own unless you have reported a compromise to support in advance of the activity in question.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 999bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT) and debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 999bet does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, it may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

999bet does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types, particularly IBFT bank transfers. These charges are between you and your provider and are outside 999bet's control.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank. If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but has not appeared in your 999bet wallet after the expected processing time, please contact support with the transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and manually credit the amount if the payment is confirmed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 999bet payments team. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer: One to two business days depending on your bank.
• Card withdrawals: Two to five business days depending on your card issuer.

999bet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be processed for funds that have been earned through genuine gameplay. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 999bet offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These Terms set out the general framework within which all bonus terms operate.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in all bonus amounts being voided.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting funds become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been depleted, unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.
• 999bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without notice. If a bonus is cancelled while you have met part of the wagering requirement, the proportionate value of the bonus may be retained at 999bet's discretion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts or using promotional funds in ways designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 999bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, game or event in question. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets are only confirmed once the system has generated a bet reference number and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. A pending or in-progress bet confirmation screen does not constitute a confirmed bet.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet unless an obvious pricing error has occurred. 999bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds at its sole discretion.
• For cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and other domestic or international fixtures, bets may be voided if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required by the applicable rules is completed.
• Live betting odds update continuously and 999bet cannot guarantee that any specific odds will remain available for any specific period. If a bet is placed and the odds have changed between placement and confirmation, the bet may be accepted at the new odds or returned to your account depending on the direction of the change.
• Casino games, slots and bingo are governed by the rules of each individual game, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's rules, and 999bet's support team can assist with any disputes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999bet. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, balances frozen and any winnings voided:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from an identified exploit will be voided and the issue reported.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using payment methods belonging to another person, whether with or without their consent.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform in any manner.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions or verification requirements.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward 999bet staff or other players.

999bet monitors accounts and transactions continuously. Unusual patterns of play, deposits or withdrawals may trigger additional verification checks. Cooperation with verification requests is a condition of continued account use.

9. Responsible Gaming

Every player is encouraged to set a personal budget before they start and to stick to it regardless of outcomes.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 999bet support. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course provided no investigation is pending.

12. Limitation of Liability

999bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain availability and accuracy at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted, 999bet shall not be liable for:
